Does anyone else feel like the easy recipes “using staples from your pantry” that have been floating around the internet are unrealistic? No, I do not have heavy whipping cream or greek yogurt or three bags of chocolate chips on hand at all times.
Also, I decided to join the bred making craze and discovered that I had 2 year old yeast in my pantry…clearly winning over here. The following recipes are ones I’ve made with the VERY basic of ingredients over the last five weeks of quarantine life. They’ve been taste tested and approved by the DeMillo household and in most cases I was able to make them with things we already had or were easy to purchase in our next grocery order.
I hope you are able to find a recipe that calls your name from this blog post of simple and yummy items!
